Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BillNova (billnova.in), operated by Nexonowa IT Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using BillNova, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

BillNova is a cloud-based business software providing GST billing, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, accounting, HRMS and payroll features, offered on a subscription basis and, optionally, as a standalone self-hosted licence.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial you may subscribe to a paid plan to continue using paid features. We may change trial terms at any time.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed annually in advance at the price shown on our pricing page, plus applicable GST.
• Payments are processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
• Prices may change; any change applies to renewals after notice, not to your current paid term.
• The Custom Standalone licence is a one-time fee plus GST; annual maintenance, if opted, is charged separately.

5. Refunds

Because a free 14-day trial is provided before any payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated, except where required by law or at our discretion in case of a verified billing error. For refund requests, contact us at info@billnova.in.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse BillNova, including: using it for unlawful purposes, uploading unlawful content, attempting to breach security or access other users' data, reselling the service without authorisation, or overloading or disrupting the platform.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of that data, including GST and statutory records. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates or factors beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.

9. Intellectual property

BillNova, its software, design and trademarks are owned by Nexonowa IT Solutions. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the software to you; you receive a limited right to use it per your plan.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexonowa IT Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using BillNova at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may request an export of your data subject to applicable retention requirements.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
